My first job in high school was at a local market florist, and the rest is history! Over 10 years in the floral industry, surrounded by so many talented artists, my love for creating and appreciating art has grown. In this time I have learned that not only am I passionate about the florals or mediums themselves, but also about the connections I’ve built through art. There’s something so exciting and fun about having a part in the special moments of someone’s life. Brainstorming ideas together, hearing their stories and sharing the joy! Every piece I design is a physical representation of what I feel, what I’m inspired by and the love I have for all of the fine details, knowing I’m adding a little bit of happiness and beauty to someone’s day. Surely many fellow artists can agree that one of the biggest reasons they love what they do is having everyday full of new ideas, new techniques, new lessons, new favorites and continued growth. The possibilities are endless, just as our passion!
