How long does my order take to ship?

Custom products are all handmade-to-order and take anywhere from 1-3 days to ship out. Please refer to specific product listings and your shipping selection for additional time expectancy!

What is your return policy? 

As all items are custom made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours!

How should I care for my items?

~Accessories should be spot or hand washed and laid flat to dry. Please use caution when stretching and wearing to reduce the risk of seam damage. Items should fit comfortably without overextending. If there’s resistance, you may consider sizing up to be sure your babe is comfortable. When unsure of sizing it’s always best to size up, or reach out with measurements!

~Floral products should be freshly cut at an angle with a sharp knife and water replaced on a daily basis. Avoid direct sunlight and warm temperatures to maximize longevity. With proper care, flowers typically have a lifespan of 3-5+ days.
